Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms are the agreement between your bar and Panicci Ventures, owned by Sammy Panice in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the Game Day Autopilot service. When you subscribe at /start, you are agreeing to them on behalf of your bar. We kept them short and in plain English. If something here does not make sense, email sammy@panicciventures.com before you sign up.

1. What the service is

Game Day Autopilot publishes automated Instagram Stories to your bar's own Instagram professional account. Once you are set up, the system posts:

• Monthly schedule frames at the start of each month, showing that month's games for the teams you picked
• Game-day frames on the day of each game
• Live score frames during the game, on every score change or period end, at most 8 per game
• Final score frames when the game ends
• Specials frames with the specials text you gave us

Teams covered: the Golden Knights, Raiders, Aces, Athletics and Lights FC. You choose any or all of them. Game data comes from public league feeds (NHL, ESPN and MLB). Frames are built from your bar's name, brand colors, logo and specials, plus team colors and type. They never include league or team logos.

Setup is a 20-minute onboarding call. Our aim is to have you live by your next home game after that call. Each week you get a short report by email on what was posted and how far it reached.

Optionally, you can add sammy@panicciventures.com as a Manager on your Google Business Profile so game-day posts go out there too. That is your choice, and you can remove the access at any time.

The service is built for independent Las Vegas sports bars. It is not offered to chains or casinos.

2. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are month to month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically each month on the same day until you cancel.
• Standard price: $497 per month for one bar.
• Founding price: $297 per month for the first 5 bars to subscribe. The founding price is locked for life for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. If you cancel and later come back, the current standard price applies.
• Groups: $397 per location per month for groups of 3 or more locations under one owner.
• If we ever change the standard price for existing subscribers, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The founding price does not change.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing we may pause posting until the card is updated, and we resume once the payment goes through.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is added at checkout.

3. The 30-day guarantee

If the system misses a single Golden Knights, Raiders or Aces game in your first 30 days, that month is free.

• A game is "missed" if no game-day frame and no live score frame for it was published to your account, for any reason on our side, including an Instagram outage or a league feed problem.
• The guarantee covers the first 30 days after your account goes live, and it covers Golden Knights, Raiders and Aces games only. Athletics and Lights FC games are part of the service but are not covered by the guarantee.
• The guarantee does not apply if the game was missed because your Instagram connection was revoked or disconnected, your account stopped being a professional account or was restricted by Instagram, your payment had failed, or you asked us to pause.
• If a covered game is missed, tell us by email, or we will catch it ourselves in the nightly check. We refund that month's fee to your card through Stripe. The guarantee is your remedy for a missed game during that period, and it can be claimed once.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal. The link is in every billing email. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you.
• When you cancel, posting continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, then stops. You are not charged again.
• We do not refund partial months, other than under the guarantee above.
• Within 7 days after your subscription ends we delete your Instagram access token. Your remaining account data is deleted 90 days after your subscription ends, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• You own the Instagram account you connect, or you have the owner's authority to connect it.
• You keep it a professional account (business or creator) in good standing under Instagram's terms. Stories cannot be published to a personal account.
• You keep the connection live. If Instagram asks you to reconnect or re-approve the app, you do it, or you tell us so we can help.
• Your specials must be lawful, accurate and honored at the bar. You are responsible for making sure any drink special complies with Nevada alcohol advertising rules. If a special changes or ends, you tell us so we can update the frame.
• You have the rights to the logo, colors and any other brand assets you give us.
• You keep your contact email and phone current so we can reach you about billing and posting.

6. Our right to pause posting

We can pause or stop posting to your account if specials or brand content is unlawful, misleading or hateful, if the account or the service is being used to abuse Instagram or other people, if a payment has failed, if Instagram restricts the account, or if you break these terms. We will email you the reason and resume once it is resolved. If we pause because of a breach on your side, no refund is owed for the pause. If we ever shut the service down on our side, we refund the unused part of your current month.

7. Content, brand and trademarks

• You give us permission to use your bar's name, logo, colors and specials text in the frames, and to publish those frames to your Instagram account and, if you opted in, your Google Business Profile.
• You own your brand assets. We own the frame templates, the software and the system. Once a story is published it sits in your account like any other story you post.
• Frames use team colors and type only. They never include league or team logos. Game Day Autopilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NHL, NFL, WNBA, MLB, USL, Instagram, Meta, or any team. Team names are used to identify games.
• Scores, periods and clocks are shown as the league feeds report them. Feeds are occasionally late or wrong, and we cannot control that.

8. Exclusivity

• While you are subscribed, we will not sign up another bar within a 1-mile radius of your address. The radius is measured from the latitude and longitude of the street address you gave at sign-up.
• Exclusivity is first come, first served, and it starts when your subscription starts.
• The radius lock ends the moment your subscription ends. If you come back later, exclusivity depends on whether the area is still open.
• For groups of 3 or more locations, each location gets its own 1-mile radius.

9. Instagram, Google and the league feeds

The service depends on Instagram's API, Google's Business Profile tools and public league feeds, none of which we control. If any of them change their rules, go down, or stop working the way they do today, we will adapt where we can and tell you if something stops working. Your use of Instagram and Google stays subject to their own terms.

10. No promises about results, and limits on liability

• The service is provided as is. We do not promise any particular number of story views, customers or sales.
• We are not liable for Instagram outages or API changes, league feed errors or delays, lost business, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
• Our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• Some states do not allow certain limits on liability. If Nevada law does not allow a limit above, that limit applies as far as the law permits.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change matters to you, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged again.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada. Before that, we ask you to email us so we can try to sort it out directly, and we promise to do the same.
